Just another story

opps.. just read from laureen's blog that last year we lost to yishun in penalty kick out not SA. my apologies. haha. well.. we still lost to SA in the semi finals. i still remember i was in the com lab watching a chinese movie when laur smsed me telling me that we were leading with 2 goals to nil. at first i thought we are going to win for sure. but who knows....... hai. in the end we lost. finally.. NOW IS THE TIME! haha.

haiz. my cousin got the letter from nie le. when is mine going to come? smsed clara and ask her if she received hers.. she also haven received. talk to gwen and she also haven receive. called felicia only to find out that she "received mine quite long ago ye"(quoted from her).. haiz. when is mine going to come??????? i really pray hard that it is on the way. dun feel like checking it from the nus web site. cause everytime i check, all is get is a bubble bursting right in front of my eyes. a bubble initially filled with hopes and later replaced with disappoinment. i mean, i checked and there are people who did worst than me getting the letter earlier than i do. why is it like that?? really. why????? haiz. i really cannot understand how the system work. told myself that i will no longer cry over such things anymore, but the more i think about it and the more worried i get, tears just flow out from my eyes yesterday. it was not within my control... sis(es) consoled me telling me that mine is coming in and if i really dun get in, there are other alternatives like doing my degree in a pte uni.. but.. do they really understand the urge and hunger in me wanting to be a NUS or NTU graduate. i mean, they are right in saying that there is nothing i can do now and i agree with them, but if it is them who is experiencing this thing now, will they be able to not worry and not feel sad about it? i doubt. really.. i wonder when will i ever find someone who really understand how i feel within me.

to the day i received my letters, i can hardly wear a smile on my face. i can be using "haha" in my blog or in my sms, but how many people, exactly, know how am i feeling inside my heart? all i can say is.. it is bleeding. and i really do pray that the letter will come in soon and fast.

father God, please, i beg of you to allow me to get into the uni. either NUS or NTU. Lord, please grant me a place in a local uni. Lord, please. without your mercy and your help, i know i will not stand a chance, so Lord, please show your kindness and mercy on your helpless daughter here lord. please, grant me a place. in the meantime, lord, grant me peace. in Jesus name, Amen.

- new clothes and shoes!
- a new leather watch!!
- lasik operation! to get rid of having to wear specs/contacts!
- a small sling bag for gai gai and a bag big enough for school
- a shopping spree in HK or Thailand!!
- a pair of birks?
